Bobby G. Jennings Jr. is a transformational leader and consultant specializing in Education, Organizational and Business Management, and Nonprofit Leadership — all grounded in the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). With over two decades of experience driving systemic change, Bobby brings a proven record of improving educational outcomes, strengthening organizational cultures, and advancing equitable leadership practices across sectors.

In education, Bobby has led teams of more than 40 educators and support professionals, implemented inclusive academic systems, and introduced data-driven strategies to improve performance and engagement. His expertise includes developing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Inclusive Education policy & procedures,  restorative discipline models, and technology-driven solutions, including the integration of AI tools to enhance learning outcomes for multilingual and disabled students.

As an organizational strategist, Bobby leverages his background in business administration and performance management to optimize structures, improve accountability that leads with equity at the center. He partners with leadership teams to align operations, HR, and data analysis with strategic goals that reflect the voices and experiences of diverse communities.

In the nonprofit sector, Bobby has led youth development initiatives, directed community-based organizations, and cultivated partnerships that expand opportunity for underrepresented groups. He has championed programs that empower youth through education, mentorship, and civic engagement..
